Red Sangria Recipe {Cinco de Mayo}

A guaranteed winner for any party - a delicious Sangria

Here is the recipe

1 - 750 ml bottle of Burgundy or Cabernet Wine (cheap is OK)

1/3 cup Triple Sec

1/3 cup Brandy

1/3 cup Orange Juice

1/3 cup sugar

1 firm apple cubed - peel on

1 orange no peel just the inside cubed

1 lemon sliced thin

1 lime optional (sliced like the lemon)

***If you are making for a party triple the recipe***

I forgot to put the OJ in the photo (oops).  

Pour your wine into a large container.

Cut your apple into small cubes (with peel) and cut your orange into cubes (no peel)

Cut the lemon into pretty slices

Serve in a wine glass and scoop out bits of fruit which have soaked up the drink!

**I'm going to a party tonight with 16 people and I tripled the recipe above**
