My husband tried the Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo and he said it was great.  He is a picky eater and he really liked the dish and the flavor.   I even made a side of additional pasta noodles to add  to it to stretch the bag for the rest of the family to eat.  It was the perfect amount and the sauce covered the added noodles perfectly.  My husband wants to try the Loaded chicken and cheese next he said it reminds him of a loaded baked potato with chicken.

Healthy tips to your Autumn beauty routine

Moisturizer: The cool dry fall weather can be very drying to the skin so now is the time to add a little more moisturizer to your routine. Not necessarily a heavier product but maybe more often as to not clog your pours.  I have purchased Coconut oil in a solid form at a local health food store and it really helps with dry skin and age spots!  You can also use it on your entire body as a moisturizer. Be sure to choose a moisturizer that contains sunscreen protection, zinc oxide, sesame oil, lanolin and glycerin to prevent dryness, restore smoothness and preserve water content of the skin.

Exfoliating:  How about a homemade scrub, it's cost effective and you might even have these easy ingredients in your kitchen:  Scrubs usually contain rough granules that help smooth the skin, you can even try using a spice grinder to have a finer scrub. Here is an easy scrub recipe:  To make combine two parts sugar or salt with one part olive oil. For a creamy scrub, replace olive oil with coconut oil. 

Sunscreen: O Magazine ran an article featuring interviews with several top skin care experts and dermatologists (check it out here). Each one of them said sunscreen was the most important part of your skincare regimen. It was the secret they would pass on to their daughters.

Lips and Eyes: The delicate skin around the eyes is vulnerable to the change in fall weather. Use an eye moisturizer to prevent dark circles and to add the needed moisturizer to the delicate area around your eyes. Your lips is also susceptible to dryness in the cooling fall weather, your lips can become chapped, dry and cracked because they keep less moisture than other parts of the body. Keep lip balm on hand that contains a sunscreen and will smooth and soften your lips.
